It is a daily practice for me to love myself and say, “I am beautiful!”, not in an egotistical way; more so, I am learning to validate what I feel is Authentic Beauty in each of us, where the soul and body are aligned in a way that exudes a pure self-confidence rooted deeply in a sense that we deserve and are worthy of love and belonging!
